The founder

A career built
from first principles.

David Iji is a Nigerian real-estate entrepreneur, developer, investor and business leader with nearly two decades of experience across property acquisition, development, portfolio management and strategic investment.

He began his real-estate career in 2008 as an estate agent, sourcing properties for rentals and sales. From modest beginnings—including a period operating without a formal office from under a tree opposite the then McLewis Plaza on Blantyre Street, Wuse 2—he built his career through persistence, relationships and a deep understanding of the property market.

Raised in a moderate home by civil-servant parents, David’s journey has been defined by resilience, enterprise and a belief that long-term value is built by consistently earning trust.
